We pack and ship your order within 1–2 working days, usually the next day. Delivery time depends on your country and is shown at checkout. It can take longer in busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

We are responsible for the parcel until you have received it. If it is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact customer service.
